Service areas
Most of my work is in the neighborhoods below, close to home in East Atlanta. I'll go further for the right job. Ask, and I'll tell you straight whether the drive makes sense.
Home base. I live here, so it's the shortest drive on my list and the easiest one to fit a small job into. If it's a shaded wall going green, that's a gentle house wash.
If your siding is painted wood or painted brick, tell me when you send photos. That's the surface where low pressure versus high pressure shows up in the paint bill later, so it gets solution and patience.
Cleaning is often the last step before paint, before photographs, or before people come over. Tell me the date you're working toward and I'll plan around it.
Porch ceilings, spindles and trim are included in a house wash and they are the part that takes the time. If your porch is the reason you're calling, say so, because it changes how long I book for.
I decide how to clean a house by looking at the house, not the street. Send a photo of the actual wall and I'll tell you what it needs.
Worth having me look at the gutter faces and the shaded concrete while I'm there. Done on the same visit they cost less than a second trip.
Access is worth a photo. Show me where a truck can actually sit and whether there's a gate, and it saves a conversation later.
A little further out than my home streets, so bundle it. A driveway or a deck added to the same visit is meaningfully cheaper than booking me twice.
If there's planting up against the wall, point it out. Everything growing near the house gets soaked with plain water before any solution is mixed, and that step is a real part of the setup time.
These come up regularly too:
Further out, a full house makes more sense than a single driveway. Tell me where you are and what you're looking at, and I'll tell you honestly whether it works.
Working a small area means I can stack jobs a few streets apart on the same day. That's why I can sometimes take a smaller job at a number that wouldn't make sense for somebody driving across the metro, and it's part of why the schedule moves quickly in summer.
It's also why I keep running into the same people. A good share of my work is for neighbors of people I've already worked for, which is a quiet form of quality control.
Tell me where you are and what you're looking at, and I'll tell you what it needs.
Most quotes come back the same day. You don't need to be home.
