Exterior Cleaning Services Atlanta | Revival

Services

Everything I clean across in-town Atlanta.

Residential exterior cleaning, quoted and done by one person: me.

What I clean

A white sided Atlanta home after a low pressure house wash

House washing

The full exterior from the outside of the gutters down, plus the front porch, the trim, the soffits and the screens. Low pressure and a regulated cleaning solution on the siding, every time.

A clean concrete driveway in Atlanta after surface cleaning

Driveways, patios and concrete

Driveways, patios, walkways, steps, pool decks and pavers. The one surface that gets real pressure, because it can take it.

Decks, fences and wood

Decks, rails, stairs, fences, pergolas and porch floors. Cleaned at a pressure that lifts the gray and keeps the grain intact.

Decks and wood
White gutter and downspout on a painted house

Gutter brightening

The black vertical tiger stripes on the face of your gutters. Their own solution, scrubbed by hand, and priced as an add-on to a house wash.

Gutter brightening
A cleaned shingle roof on an Atlanta home

Roof cleaning

The dark streaks on a shingle roof are a growth rather than dirt. The shingles get zero pressure, so the granules, and the years, stay on the roof.

Roof cleaning
Clean solar panels on an Atlanta roof

Solar panel cleaning

Pollen, dust and leaf film washed off the glass, gently, with the frames cleaned up at the same time.

Solar panel cleaning
A brick retaining wall cleaned with the mortar left intact

Stone and retaining walls

Brick walls, flagstone, pavers and old mortar, cleaned without eroding the joints.

A townhome row with a clean shared drive

HOA and condo properties

Multi-building communities, townhome rows and common areas, sequenced around residents and your community's rules.

The small things

Trash cans, outdoor furniture, grill covers, mailboxes and the AC condenser. Easy to add to any visit.

The small things

Easy to add to any visit, and priced with the rest of the job.

  • Wheeled trash cans

    Trash cans

Washed out and rinsed, so they stop smelling up the side of the house.

  • Covered porch with outdoor furniture

    Outdoor furniture

Chairs and tables cleaned of pollen and green film, ready to use again.

  • Outdoor grill on a deck

    Grill covers

The cover and the area around the grill, cleaned while I'm set up nearby.

  • Curbside mailbox

    Mailboxes

The box and the post, the first thing anyone sees from the street.

  • Outdoor air conditioning unit beside a house

    AC condenser

The outside of the unit gently rinsed of dirt and pollen.

Bundling is how pricing works

I price each visit by the work in front of me. Setup and breakdown is most of the overhead on a small job, so the more that gets done in one visit, the less each piece costs.

A house wash with the driveway and the deck added is meaningfully cheaper than three separate visits, and that is how most people book me. Tell me everything you're thinking about, even the maybes, and I'll price the whole thing.

I also work in a fairly small radius, which is why a quick job two streets over can be worth doing at a number that wouldn't make sense across town. The neighborhoods I'm in most are listed on the service areas page.

Ready for a price?

Tell me everything you're considering, even the maybes, and I'll price the whole visit.

Most quotes come back the same day. You don't need to be home.
