Gutter brightening
The black vertical staining on the face of your gutters gets its own solution and hand scrubbing, and it adds on to any house wash.
Clean, bright gutter faces are the goal. The black striping is oxidation, so it gets its own solution and a brush by hand.

A normal house wash cleans the outside of your gutters and makes a real difference. Tiger striping takes a different solution and, more to the point, someone physically scrubbing each length with a brush on a pole.
That's extra labor, so I price it as its own line item. You see exactly what you're paying for.

Look at the gutters from the street. If you see vertical dark streaks down the face, yes. If they just look dusty, a house wash will probably handle it.
Over time, yes. It builds back up the same way it did the first time, which is why most people do it alongside a house wash.
