A few things worth knowing before you write
- Photos help more than descriptions. A picture of the wall, the driveway or the gutter line tells me about drainage, staining, height and access all at once.
- List everything you’re thinking about. Even the maybes. Several things in one visit costs less than separate trips, and I’ll bundle it.
- Tell me if you have a deadline. Party, listing, family visiting. I’m good about working those in.
- You don’t need to be home. I’ll text the night before and again when I’m on my way.
- Check I cover you. The neighborhoods I work are listed, and if you’re outside them, ask anyway.
