HOA, condo and apartment communities
Multi-building complexes, townhome rows and common areas. Planned section by section, scheduled around the people who actually live there.
Colgan Court townhomes. Building fronts, stairs and the shared drive, planned section by section.
Usually it is not the cleaning. It is the coordination. Residents who did not know anyone was coming. Equipment starting early against the community's own noise rules. A section done out of order so half the property looks finished and half looks worse than when it started. Cars that were supposed to be moved and were not.
The complex in Buckhead I took over is the job I'm proudest of. Five stories and multiple buildings. The board had already let the previous company go. I brought in colleagues who own their own businesses and we got through it. The board has me back every year.
Townhome common drive. Shared concrete is the surface residents notice first, and the one a board sees from the street.
I walk the property before I quote it. A plan built from what is actually there beats a number pulled off a building type.
I work on residential properties: condo communities, apartment communities, townhome rows and HOA common areas.
My insurance and equipment are set up for exactly this kind of property, so that is where I focus, and it is why boards keep calling back.
Tell me the property, roughly how many buildings or units, and what you'd like cleaned.
Most quotes come back the same day. You don't need to be home.
