House washing, driveways, decks, roofs and gutters across in-town Atlanta, cleaned with low pressure and the right solution. I spent 13 years in historic preservation, so your paint, mortar and wood stay put.
House wash, in-town Atlanta. That yellow-green film is algae, not the paint color. It came off at low pressure, with the solution doing the work.

The tank is why the mix stays consistent. I run 12% sodium hypochlorite cut to roughly 2% at the gun and adjust it by surface, so your siding never gets what the driveway gets.
Real houses, real jobs. Nothing was painted, sanded, sealed or replaced. The color was under there the whole time.

Driveway, front approach. Concrete is the one surface that gets real pressure, because it can take it.

Grant Park, Inman Park, Kirkwood, Reynoldstown, Ormewood, Candler Park. Wood siding, painted brick, soft old mortar. Much of it a century old.
Full pressure cleans all of that. It also strips paint, furs up wood grain, drives water behind siding and erodes mortar joints. You get a clean house and a repair bill.
I keep the pressure low on anything it can hurt. Siding gets low pressure and a regulated solution. Concrete is where real pressure belongs.
Brick retaining wall. Old mortar is softer than the brick around it. Too much pressure and the joints go, which is a repointing job, not a cleaning job.
Stone, wood, concrete and siding each need their own pressure and their own solution. Every one of these is a real job of mine in Atlanta. Drag any of them.
Stone patio and fire pit. Nothing sealed, nothing replaced. That is the color the stone was under it.
House wash, East Lake. The green is algae, not the paint. Low pressure, and the solution doing the work.
The part nobody tells you
Somebody drags a hose across the flower bed, hits the siding at full pressure because it is faster, leaves lap marks down the wall and a dead hydrangea by the downspout, and is gone before lunch.
I soak your plants first, cover and tape every outdoor outlet, let the solution do the work, and rinse in order so nothing streaks. It takes longer. That is the trade.
The full exterior from the outside of the gutters down, plus the front porch and the screens.
See how I wash a houseDriveways, patios, walkways and steps. The one surface that gets real pressure, and the biggest transformation I do.
See drivewaysGray, slick, mossy wood brought back with the grain intact.
See wood cleaningThe black tiger stripes on the face of your gutters, taken off with their own solution and a brush.
See gutter brighteningThe black streaks are a growth, not dirt. The shingles get a soft wash and zero pressure, so the granules stay put.
See roof cleaningPollen and leaf film washed off the glass, gently, with nothing abrasive.
See solar cleaningBrick walls, flagstone, pavers and old mortar, cleaned without eroding the joints.
See stone cleaningTownhome rows, condo buildings and common areas, planned around the people who live there.
See property workA surface cleaner, not a wand. The spinning bar holds the pressure even across the whole slab. Cleaning a driveway freehand is what leaves the zebra striping you see on half the driveways in the neighborhood.
Most jobs price from pictures, so you don't lose an afternoon to an estimate.
I read and answer these myself. Getting several things done at once bundles down.

Plants soaked, outlets covered, solution given time, rinsed in order. You don't need to be home.

Andrew has been providing pressure washing services for my home for the past 3 years. He is professional, easy to work with, and does an exceptional job. Scheduling and response time is always prompt.
Very prompt response to my inquiry, then came out to give me an estimate a couple of days later. He scheduled me a few days after that and was in communication about his timing. The house looked amazing when he was finished!
Andrew did a great job making our house look clean and beautiful again, including extras like spraying the mossy coating on our deck umbrellas. He was also a great communicator, promptly returning all of my messages.
Andrew was recommended by several neighbors and did a fantastic job on our house! He also graciously worked within our quick timeline and we are so appreciative.
Andrew is great! Very professional. Communicated with us extremely well before, during, and after. And our house looks bright and clean. I highly recommend.
I want to apologize for anyone driving by my home and blinded by my clean home and driveway!! Once in a while, you get lucky and hire a company by recommendation, and end up throwing all your other business cards away.
He came by in advance to carefully look over the property and provided a very reasonable quote.
I have hired Andrew for years and he never disappoints… In 2 hours he washed everything I wanted with great detail…
Side drive, north facing. Shade is why it goes green first.
I run Revival on my own, by choice. The person who gives you the number is the person on the ladder, and that person is me.
Before this I spent thirteen years at a cultural resources firm doing archaeology and historic preservation. Most of my working life has been spent around old buildings and what keeps them standing.
I started on the side in 2015 with a single Nextdoor post, and went full time in 2019.
