These Terms of Service apply to revivalwash.com and to the forms, chat and text messages offered through it by Revival Exterior Cleaning (“Revival,” “we,” “us” or “our”), owned and operated by Andrew Scarr in East Atlanta, Georgia. By using this website or signing up for our text messages, you agree to these terms.

Using this website

You may use this website to learn about our services and to contact us. Please do not misuse it, for example by sending spam, trying to break or overload it, or submitting someone else’s information without their permission.

The information on this site is general. Every property is different, so the photos on this site are examples and not a promise of the same result on yours. The text on this site and the photos of our own work belong to Revival Exterior Cleaning and may not be copied for commercial use without our permission.

Quote requests

Sending a request through the form, chat, text or email does not commit you or us to any work. Any price and schedule are agreed with you directly before the work goes ahead.

What you send us

Please make sure the information you send is accurate and that you have the right to share it, including any photos. By sending us photos and details of your property, you allow us to use them to respond to you, price the job and plan the work. How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Text message terms

These terms apply to the Revival Exterior Cleaning text message program.

1. Program description. When you opt in, for example by ticking the consent box on our form or through the chat on this website, you may receive text messages from Revival Exterior Cleaning about your quote request, appointment scheduling and service updates. This includes replies with your price, confirming a date, a reminder the night before and a message when we are on the way. If you separately opt in to marketing messages, you may also receive special offers, discounts and service updates. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
2. Cancel at any time. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” in reply to any of our messages. After you send “STOP,” we will send you one SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
3. Rejoin. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
4. Help. If you are having trouble with the messaging program, reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or contact us directly at (470) 460-5996 or [email protected].
5. Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Rates and frequency. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
7. Privacy. For privacy-related questions, please see our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Limits on our responsibility

We work to keep this website accurate and available, but it is provided as it is and as available. We do not promise that it will always be available, free of errors or free of harmful code.
